Friendly, efficient and easy. My new Caterpillar frame and multi focal lenses with graduated tint are great! Not too heavy and a very comfortable. Experienced staff made my return to the Brisbane Street Launceston branch an enjoyable experience. Highly recommended.
The staff and optometrist Damon were amazing with Leoni, going above and beyond to make her feel safe and comfortable for her very first eye test. Provided lots of reassurance and compliments about how well she was doing. She was diagnosed with astigmatism and she loves her new glasses

It was my second experience at Specsavers. Similar to the first time, I received excellent service. The optometrist was extremely professional and attentive. The optical services were prompt and accurate, offering a wide variety of frames and lenses. Great job.
Have used Specsavers for several years, some time back I was fitted with a pair of glasses that Many people commented how well they suited me!
When I wanted to get an "extra pair I was delighted to discover that the frame I had was still available!
SO delighted I got 3 pairs!!!
Great service - but I do not, for the life of me, understand why it is very much more expensive to have old frames fitted with new scripts, and/or an existing pair of sunglasses fitted with prescription lenses, than to purchase all-new frames. Quite disturbing.
spent considerable time in your store with my husband trying on frames not one staff member approached us offering any assistance or so much as a good morning, instead spent their time chatting to each other. All your advertising means nothing if you have poor customer service. We will not be returning.
Great staff, great service. I’ve been going there for years and always happy with my experience. They have everything down to a fine art and I highly recommend this Optometrist.
